• She/He prepares and presents authentic Italian dishes in accordance with hotel standards while ensuring consistency in food quality taste and presentation.
• The role oversees daily kitchen operations maintains a clean organized workspace monitors food preparation portion control and inventory management.
• Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards supporting menu development with creative Italian specialties supervising F&B services kitchen team members and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Italian Chef in a leadership or head-of-kitchen role.
• Demonstrated abilty to lead motivate and manage a diverse culinary team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skils.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English.
