As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, delivering exceptional service and crafting high-quality cocktails with confidence and flair. Whether recommending a signature serve, engaging with guests at the bar or preparing classic cocktails to perfection, you will bring personality, passion and professionalism to every interaction.

Supporting our wider Food & Beverage operation
While primarily based in Smith & Whistle, team members may also have opportunities to support other Food & Beverage outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. This provides valuable exposure to a variety of service styles, guest experiences and luxury hospitality environments, helping you develop your skills within one of London’s most prestigious hotels.
