The Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), Technology, Innovation & Data (TID) is a hands-on delivery enablement leader responsible for improving execution, transparency, governance, reporting, and decision support across the TID organization. Working across all TID domains, this role establishes and manages PMO standards, portfolio reporting processes, delivery assurance practices, governance administration, and project management tools that enable teams to work more effectively and leadership to make informed decisions. The Manager PMO actively partners with delivery teams to drive consistent planning, execution, tracking, and reporting practices that improve collaboration, accountability, predictability, and delivery outcomes. The role is focused on enabling the organization rather than enforcing process, ensuring portfolio and project information provides meaningful visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance.
The role serves as the owner and administrator of the TID project management ecosystem, including Monday.com and supporting integrations across Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Power BI, while championing AI-enabled delivery capabilities. Through strong partnership with delivery teams and leadership, the Manager PMO drives tool adoption, reporting discipline, delivery assurance, governance execution, and portfolio transparency. The Manager also supports TID governance, KPI reporting, quarterly business reviews, legal intake coordination, and operationalization of AI-enabled ways of working through automation, Copilot, intelligent workflows, and portfolio analytics. As a leader within the TID PMO Centre of Excellence, the role continuously evolves PMO standards, governance practices, reporting capabilities, and delivery methodologies to help TID scale effectively while maximizing value for leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
