About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, within the Spa Department in Guangzhou, the Spa Concierge is responsible for, but not limited to booking all spa treatments, explaining services to guests, any POS sales including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner. The Spa Concierge reports to the Assistant Spa Operation Manager.

As Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle Spa Reservations, enquiries, and complaints at the Spa reception.
  • Responsible for all treatment recommendations & spa membership sales.
  • Perform cashier duties at the Spa reception.
  • Handle opening and closing of Spa reception.
  • Promote retail products & offer aftercare.
  • Handle reports and administration duties.

As Spa Concierge, we expect from you:

  • Good in both written and spoken English.
  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant guest services experience in luxury Spas/ hotels / and open for potential person who interesting with non- Spa experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and some selling skills.
  • Good communication and listening skills are required.
  • Positive attitude and politely gesture.
  • Knowledge of the Spa industry is preferred.
