The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, government entities, event planners, and key business stakeholders. The role proactively identifies new business opportunities, maximizes existing accounts, and contributes to the hotel’s overall commercial strategy.
Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Revenue & Reservations, and Operations, the Senior Sales Manager ensures the achievement of revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and maintaining long-term business partnerships.
