El Pool Host/Hostess es la primera impresión del huésped cuando llega a las zonas de recreación del hotel, dando una calurosa bienvenida y asegurando el bienestar y la interacción con el huésped, elevando el nivel de servicio y atención.
Responsabilidades principales
Atención y servicio al cliente
· Da la bienvenida y reconoce a todos y cada uno de los huéspedes con una sonrisa, contacto visual y un saludo cordial, utilizando el nombre del huésped siempre que sea posible.
· Acompaña a los huéspedes a sus tumbonas, proporcionando las toallas de cortesía, y asegura su confort.
· Interactúa con los huéspedes de manera constante, creando conexiones reales, y provee esta información al resto del equipo para generar experiencias personalizadas y de la más alta calidad.
· Conoce en profundidad las normas de la piscina, incluyendo la reserva de hamacas, y comunica proactivamente a los clientes para evitar información incorrecta que pueda derivar en queja.
· Gestiona las reservas de tumbonas.
· Sigue los procedimientos VIP, da la bienvenida a los huéspedes VIP y les despide cordialmente.
· Conoce las incidencias de huéspedes, se familiariza con ellos, y contribuye a incrementar el nivel de satisfacción
