Job mission

Ensure the cleanliness, order and maintenance of the hotel’s public areas, making sure that all spaces are in perfect condition to offer an excellent and safe experience to guests and visitors.

 

What will you have to do?

  • Keep assigned public areas clean and tidy: hallways, entrances, elevators, bathrooms, lobby, transit areas and outdoor areas.
  • Replenish consumables and amenities in public restrooms and other common areas, following the department’s standards.
  • Report any damage, breakdown or incident immediately to the Housekeeping Manager or maintenance.
  • Manage the removal of garbage from public areas and keep the containers clean according to procedures.
  • Support the department in additional tasks such as cleaning windows, furniture, outdoor areas or special events.
  • Keep the cart and work materials in order, ensuring adequate stock of products and compliance with safety standards.

 

What are we looking for?

Training

  • Compulsory Secondary Education.
  • Specific training in cleaning or maintenance of common areas is a plus.

Languages

  • Spanish (other languages ​​are a plus).

Specific knowledge 

  • Cleaning techniques and proper use of products.
  • Hygiene, safety and basic equipment handling standards.
  • Organization, speed, discretion and a vocation for service.

Experience

  • 1 year in a similar position in the hotel or cleaning services industry.
