About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Room Service Department in Hong Kong, the Captain is responsible for the day-to-day operation. The Captain reports to the In-Room Dining Manager.

As Captain, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle tray and trolley set up according to hotel’s standards
• Deliver food & beverage items and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner
• Ensure high satisfaction level by checking products quality and obtaining guests’ feedback
