The Host/Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for all guests dining at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen. This role facilitates the prompt and accurate seating of guests, manages reservations and table flow, coordinates with restaurant leadership and service colleagues to maximize the guest experience, and assists with processing guest payments when applicable. The Host/Hostess plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service, maintaining the restaurant’s atmosphere, and delivering exceptional hospitality consistent with Fairmont standards.
