As a Junior Night Butler (Night In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress) you will support the delivery of our renowned St. Regis Butler Service during the overnight hours, ensuring every guest receives thoughtful, personalised attention throughout their stay. Working closely with the Night Butler and wider operational teams, you will assist with guest requests, in-room services and overnight preparations, helping to create seamless and memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Night Butler in delivering personalised and anticipatory service throughout the overnight shift
• Assist with late arrivals and early departures, ensuring guests receive a warm and professional experience
• Deliver amenities, refreshments and in-room requests promptly and efficiently
• Support the preparation and coordination of guest preferences, special occasions and VIP requirements
• Assist with overnight room checks to ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards and personalised preferences
