SOUS CHEF
– Minimum 3 years of experience as Sous Chef
– Understanding of kitchen inventory, cost control, and recipe standardization
– Able to work under pressure and handle multiple sections during busy service
– Leadership skills with ability to manage kitchen team efficiently
