To oversee the daily operation of the pastry section and ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery products in accordance with hotel standards.

• Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other bakery products according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pastry section.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion, and presentation.
• Assist in developing new desserts, pastries, and seasonal menu items.
• Ensure proper preparation and timely delivery of pastry items for all outlets, events, and special occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, rotation, and handling of pastry ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the Pastry Chef.
• Properly operate and maintain pastry equipment and tools.
• Assist in training and guiding Commis Chefs and other team members.
• Support the Pastry Chef in maintaining smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
