We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Manager – Housekeeping to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across our facility. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll lead, inspire, and support a dedicated housekeeping team while ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. • Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistent adherence to cleaning standards, safety protocols, and company policies
• Conduct regular quality inspections of all areas to verify cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with organizational standards
• Manage daily housekeeping operations, including task assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials; coordinate procurement as needed
• Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, implementing corrective actions promptly
• Collaborate with other departments (front desk, maintenance, management) to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences
• Develop and implement customized training programs to enhance staff skills, performance, and career development opportunities
• Monitor and analyze housekeeping metrics, including turnaround times and quality scores, to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all housekeeping operations
• Prepare detailed reports on departmental performance, staffing, and operational challenges for management review
• Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement
• Respond flexibly to operational challenges and adapt strategies to meet evolving organizational needs

**Required Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity
• Proven expertise in housekeeping operations, cleaning protocols, and facility maintenance standards
