Job Mission:

To create unforgettable experiences for our guests, based on the brand’s quality standards and the values ​​of Meliá Hotels International.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• To know the operating procedures and service standards applicable to the hotel reception.
• Inform the guest about the services provided by the hotel and attend to any requests from them.
• To successfully carry out the check-in and check-out processes for customers.
• Performing up-selling according to the program established by the company.
• Building customer loyalty through the tools that the company provides.

What are we looking for?

• At least one year of previous experience in the position. Experience in 4-star hotels is a plus.
• Training in Tourism, Public Relations, accommodation or similar.
• High level of English. Knowledge of a third language is highly valued.
• Communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to excellence.
• Teamwork.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
• Flexible working hours.
• Proactive and dynamic person.
