We are conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, right opposite Southern Cross Station. The hotel features 190 rooms and apartments, a fully equipped conference centre, restaurant and bar. Offering impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere, Batman’s Hill on Collins is the ideal venue for guests visiting the city for leisure or work.
We are looking for a part time Commis Chef to support our kitchen operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner services, as well as conferences and events. Experience in a hotel or similar environment, working rights in Australia, and flexibility to work varied shifts is required. If you are motivated, enthusiastic, can commit to at least 20 hours per week, and have the drive to develop your skills, we would love to hear from you!
