We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable full-time Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Novotel Leeds Centre.

Shift details:
Shifts typically run between 7:00am and 5:30pm. Days and times may vary depending on business needs, and weekend availability is essential. Full flexibility across the week is required. This is a full-time position.
What we are looking for:
Previous hands-on maintenance experience is essential, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment. The successful candidate must be confident carrying out routine maintenance tasks independently, using their own initiative and sound judgement, while also working effectively as part of the wider team.
This role requires someone with strong practical knowledge who can identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete basic repairs safely and efficiently, in accordance with all relevant Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
What you will be doing:
Carry out preventative maintenance and regular safety checks across the hotel.
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
Undertake general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, decorating, carpentry, and repairs.
Conduct routine inspections of hotel areas, equipment, appliances, and systems.
Troubleshoot faults and carry out appropriate basic repairs where required.
