Waiter

• Provide excellent and attentive customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
• Greet and seat guests warmly, assist with menus, and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all guest requirements are clearly communicated.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and according to hotel standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and daily specials.
• Ensure a positive and personalized dining experience for every guest.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when required.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and management teams to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and proactively respond to additional needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area throughout the service period.
• Work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak service periods.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Support upselling of food, beverages, promotions, and special offerings to maximize guest satisfaction and outlet revenue.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including table setup, side-station preparation, clearing, and maintaining service standards.

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or reputable hospitality environment.
2. Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
3. Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills.
4. Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests.
6. Fluent English communication skills; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an advantage.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
8. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, F&B, and Management teams.
9. Good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and food safety practices.
10. Ability to handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
11. Strong attention to detail when taking orders and ensuring accuracy in guest requirements.
12. Good knowledge of health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
13. Well-groomed, professional, friendly, and confident in dealing with guests.
14. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours according to business requirements.
15. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
