Laundry Driver / Helper

• Load clean linens on to the truck and deliver them to the hotel according to the schedule.

• Load dirty linens to the laundry truck from hotel and deliver them to the laundry according to the schedule.
• Apart from driving needs to help towel folding area such as folding towels, bath robes and loading caddies.
• Maintain a logbook, recording the number of trips, kilometers, gas, etc..
• Clean the laundry truck inside daily and outside weekly.
• Take care of any maintenance issues, servicing and report to Assistant Laundry Manager.
• Respect law and order i.e. driving, speeding, parking of the laundry truck.
• Respect company standards and departmental rule.

1. Previous experience as a laundry driver, helper, or similar role is preferred.
2. Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
3. Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and locations.
4. Responsible for safe and timely collection and delivery of laundry.
5. Assist with loading and unloading linen, uniforms, towels, and laundry bags.
6. Properly count, sort, and handle laundry items during collection and delivery.
7. Ensure all laundry is transported safely and securely.
8. Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle.
9. Follow hotel/company procedures for handling clean and dirty linen.
10. Check delivery documents and obtain signatures when required.
11. Report missing, damaged, or stained items to the supervisor.
12. Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry laundry bags.
13. Good communication and customer service skills.
14. Reliable, punctual, honest, and professional appearance.
