F&B Admin

We’re looking for a F&B Admin to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou!

The Hoxton Poblenou in the city of Barcelona is our 11th Hoxton. The hotel boasts 240 bedrooms of different sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool and our taqueria Tope, a bright and airy lobby, a multi-functional basement events space and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events concept).

Four Corners brings the energy and attitude of New York with quick slices of thick crust, Detroit-style pizza at The Slice Shop or lighter Italian-American inspired dishes, perfect for a long lunch or dinner that rolls into late-night cocktails and natural wine.

Tope is our rooftop taqueria with views over Barcelona, serving Mexican-inspired flavours and punchy cocktails.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to provide a friendly, helpful, and responsive service to all our guests, ensuring they are treated as individuals and will want to return.

What you’ll do…

• Be the go-to administrative and organisational support for our F&B managers, staying one step ahead of what they need and helping keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly.

• Keep information flowing between F&B and the wider hotel teams, following up on requests, actions and admin topics to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Keep F&B documentation, dashboards and reporting up to date, and support the preparation and follow-up of meetings and their actions.

• Support the admin side of F&B operations, keeping on top of orders, invoices, services and making sure procedures and standards are followed.

• Support our F&B managers with schedules, absences, training and new joiners, keeping training follow-up on track and sharing what People & Culture needs.

• Help improve F&B tools and ways of working, spotting admin or organisational issues, suggesting simple and effective solutions and jumping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
