Position Summary:
- Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
- Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
About You:
- An up to date RSA
- Relevant experience in a managerial role
- Working rights in Australia
