Pour notre Restaurant Victor, nous recherchons un serveur/serveuse polyvalent(e) pour intégrer notre équipe.
Nos postes sont tournants afin de garantir une vraie diversité dans les missions : petit déjeuner, service du midi ou du soir. Cela permet à chaque membre de l’équipe de développer ses compétences et d’éviter la routine.
Fraîchement rénové, l’hôtel Mercure Hyères Centre dispose d’un restaurant, d’un bar et d’une piscine.
Clientèle loisirs, business, où encore séminaires, nous recherchons des profils polyvalents et motivés souhaitant découvrir et évoluer dans un nouvel environnement de travail.
Le poste en CDD est à pourvoir dès le 1er septembre.
Vos missions :
– Accueillir et prendre en charge le client de son arrivée au départ,
– Participer au service sous la supervision des managers,
– Contribuer à la satisfaction globale de la clientèle,
– Appliquer et respecter les normes et procédures d’hygiène,
– Gérer des demandes clients, le téléphone,
– Mise en place des salles de réunion.
– Maîtrise de l’anglais
– Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
– Dynamisme, réactivité
– Rigueur, organisation
