About the role:

The Assistant Front Desk Manager supports the Front Office Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and related guest service areas. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest service standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous development.

The Assistant Front Desk Manager serves as a key leader within the Front Office, handling guest concerns with confidence, driving operational excellence, and supporting team performance to deliver memorable Four Seasons experiences.

What you will do:

• Support and oversee daily Front Desk operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction across all guest touchpoints.
• Act as a senior point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues professionally and effectively while maintaining Four Seasons service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Front Office team members through training, feedback, performance management, and ongoing support.
