Who we’re looking for…
Are you passionate about developing business opportunities and building long-lasting relationships within the travel industry? As a Sales Manager – Travel Industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships and managing key accounts across the travel trade segment, while representing the legendary service, luxury, and excellence that define The Ritz-Carlton.
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills, capable of identifying new business opportunities, maximizing revenue, and creating long-term partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), consortia, wholesalers, and other key industry partners.
Your responsibilities include…
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from the Travel Industry segment.
Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, strengthening relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, luxury travel advisors, consortia, wholesalers, and other strategic partners.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to maximize the resort’s revenue and market share.
Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and preferred partnerships while ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
Represent the resort at international trade shows, workshops, roadshows, sales missions, and industry events.
Plan and conduct sales calls, client presentations, site inspections, and familiarization (FAM) trips to showcase the resort’s unique experiences.
