• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other business partners.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel facilities and services.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events, room bookings, and guest requirements.
• Support the planning and implementation of sales and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to guest satisfaction.

業務内容

• 法人顧客、旅行会社、イベント主催者をはじめとする取引先との関係構築および維持
• 新規顧客・新規ビジネス機会の開拓をサポートし、売上目標の達成に貢献
• ホテル施設やサービスの提案・販売のための営業訪問、商談、館内案内（サイトインスペクション）の実施
• 提案書、契約書、営業レポート等の作成
• 宿泊予約、宴会・イベント運営、お客様のご要望に関して社内各部門との調整・連携
• セールスプロモーションおよび販促キャンペーンの企画・実施サポート
• 市場動向、競合他社の活動、お客様のニーズに関する情報収集・分析
• 高品質な顧客サービスを提供し、お客様満足度の向上に貢献

• Expected to graduate in 2027 from a university, junior college, vocational school, or equivalent institution.
• Passion for hospitality, customer service, and relationship building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Japanese proficiency required (business level or above).
• English proficiency is an advantage.
