The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, financial performance, and day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets and services.
The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, consistent service standards, effective team leadership, and full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company standards.
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-villa dining, events and other F&B services.
- Ensure all outlets operate efficiently and consistently in accordance with established brand and luxury service standards
- Maintain a strong presence within the operation and engage regularly with guests and team members
- Review outlet performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency and profitability
- Drive exceptional and personalized Food & Beverage experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Actively engage with guests and respond promptly to feedback, preferences and concerns
- Monitor guest satisfaction results and implement corrective actions where required.
- Prepare and manage the annual F&B budget, forecasts and business plans.
- Monitor revenue, payroll, cost of sales, operating expenses and departmental profitability.
- Lead, coach and develop the Food & Beverage leadership team and team members.
- Create a positive, professional and high-performance working environment.
- Participate in recruitment, selection, onboarding and succession planning.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, health and safety requirements and applicable local regulations.
