Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, JNS Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Manages all sources of revenue including the rooms, housekeeping and food & beverage. Ensures all departments are profitable and maintain strong working relationships.
• Have thorough understanding of revenue management.
• Must be highly focused on Sales at the hotel on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing Program. Actively participates in Sales discussions, meetings, plans and Sales calls. Knows key account executives and business base. Provide feedback and work with revenue manager.
• Ability to identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct deficiencies
• Manage the hotel through a hands-on approach, motivating employees, ensuring employee development and retention and conducting regular employee meetings.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and the adherence to all brand standards. Inspects property daily and enforces the implementation of actions toward the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel and guest satisfaction.
• Thoroughly understand and implement the Brand service culture. Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
• Protect the hotel and its assets through enforcing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.
• Manage hotel expenses and coordinate between accounting and vendors.
