Hostess

Description:

• Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests managing table reservations and seating arrangements providing information about the restaurant’s menu and services and coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Create a positive guest experience from arrival to departure while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and following restaurant standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Hostess Receptionist or in Food & Beverage service will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong passion for customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Good command of English additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
