Job Description

 

We are seeking a professional and motivational Aquatics Training Supervisor to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will oversee the aquatics training program, supervise instructors and staff, and ensure the highest standards of water safety and instruction quality. You will be responsible for developing training curricula, managing staff performance, and creating an engaging aquatic environment for all participants. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in aquatics education and facility operations.

  • Supervise and manage aquatics training staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and update aquatics training programs and curricula that meet organizational standards and participant needs
  • Ensure strict adherence to water safety protocols, facility regulations, and emergency procedures at all times
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to maintain staff competency and certification standards
  • Monitor instructor performance and provide constructive feedback to support professional development
  • Maintain detailed records of training programs, participant progress, and staff certifications
  • Coordinate with facility management to ensure optimal facility maintenance and equipment functionality
  • Organize and oversee special aquatics events, competitions, and community programs
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards
  • Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and management regarding program updates and concerns
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining program quality
