Maintenance Technician

Mission:

Performs the tasks assigned to him/her by the Head of Technical Services, in accordance with the instructions and standards received.

What should I do?

• Identify and propose improvements that optimize efficiency in your job.
• Identify investment needs related to the Risk Management Plan and forward them to the person in charge.
• Perform assigned tasks related to compliance with technical and legal regulations following the guidelines received.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work following established quality, time, safety and aesthetic standards.
• Perform corrective maintenance tasks following established quality, time, safety and aesthetic standards.
• Join the fire brigade, respond to any fire alarm signal, and comply with the corresponding procedures to safeguard the physical integrity of guests and employees, as well as the hotel’s assets.
• Participate in maintenance warehouse inventories to verify its correct operation.
• Take readings of daily energy consumption to understand and ensure the proper use and performance of the facilities.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of residential electricity, refrigeration and painting.
• Handling digital tools for tracking reports.
• Teamwork.

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar position.
