Host/Hostess

Hostess in W Prague (80 hours a month contract ) 

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Host / Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create an exceptional dining experience and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

What you will do 

• Welcome and seat guests.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the reservation system.
• Maintain waitlists and coordinate guest seating.
• Communicate with guests and collaborate with the service and kitchen teams.
• Ensure tables are properly prepared and maintain cleanliness of the host area.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

What we expect 

• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage, but not required.
• Knowledge of the Czech language is a strong advantage.
