Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within Culinary, the Mandarin Grill Kitchen Commis 2 is responsible for Mandarin Grill Kitchen breakfast operation while operating in the established budgets and goals. The Commis 2 reports to the Executive Sous Chef.
工作地点为北京王府井文华东方酒店/文华扒房厨房，文华扒房厨房二级厨师负责确保厨房的早餐运营的日常运营，并达到公司的预算和目标。二级厨师向行政副总厨汇报。
