Located in beautiful Twin Waters, our resort is surrounded by lush tropical grounds and features over 370 guest rooms, a lagoon-style pool and a range of dining and leisure experiences. Our purpose-built Sunshine Coast Convention Centre hosts conferences, weddings, celebrations and events for up to 1,400 guests, creating an exciting and diverse culinary environment.
As Head Chef, you’ll take the lead in our main kitchen operation, overseeing food production and service while working closely with our wider Food & Beverage team. With Sola Restaurant & Bar, room service, banquets and major events all part of the resort operation, there is plenty of scope to bring your expertise, creativity and leadership to the table.
This is an exciting time to join the resort, with a $20 million refurbishment currently underway across guest rooms and key resort spaces. The transformation is set to elevate the guest experience and further establish the resort as a leading destination for leisure, dining and events on the Sunshine Coast.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our main kitchen and play a key role within our broader culinary operation.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation, lead and develop your team and ensure consistently high standards across food quality, presentation and service.
While the main kitchen will be your primary focus, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the resort’s wider culinary operation, supporting events, banquets and other Food & Beverage experiences when required.
