Position Summary

The Bar & Lounge Director is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for a luxury destination cocktail lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, innovative beverage programming, and employee engagement. This role oversees all aspects of the venue’s operation, including service standards, beverage innovation, talent development, marketing initiatives, and profitability, while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all bar and lounge operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand recognition.
• Lead, inspire, and develop management and line-level teams to achieve operational excellence and service consistency.
• Establish and maintain luxury service standards, ensuring guests receive personalized and memorable experiences.
• Build strong relationships with guests, VIP clientele, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive beverage innovation through the development of creative cocktail programs, premium spirit selections, wine offerings, and seasonal experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to create unique concepts, activations, and promotional events.
