A Lobby Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel. The role is responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting guests with inquiries, coordinating with various hotel departments, and ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience that reflects the standards of a 5-star hotel.

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with directions, hotel information, facilities, events, and services.
• Manage guest flow in the lobby and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to meet guest needs.
• Escort VIP guests when required and provide personalized service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation options, and promotions.
• Monitor lobby appearance and report any cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns.
• Support guest relations activities and special events.
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards, policies, and luxury service protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s brand image at all times.

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or luxury hotel operations is an advantage.
