Based at the Mandarin Oriental New York within the Food and Beverage Department in New York City, the Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing and organizing the service staff efficiently, overseeing reservation seating, leading the welcome to the guest and constantly circulating the dining room searching for opportunities to improve service.
