Our Hotel
Located just minutes from Busselton’s town centre and nestled on 27 acres of peaceful beachfront land, Bayview Geographe Resort provides an ideal coastal retreat along the shores of Geographe Bay. Offering direct access to the beach and a variety of accommodation options—from studios to 1, 2, and 3 bedroom villas—it’s a popular choice for families and holidaymakers discovering the beauty of Western Australia’s southwest.

This is a perfect position for someone who loves customer service, enjoys variety in their working day and likes to work as part of a team, but is also comfortable to work unsupervised when required.
The Front Office team form part of our Operations Department, meaning not only will you be trained in Front Office Reception, but also in Reservations. This will ensure you are able to efficiently cover all areas related to your position, whilst developing great transferable hospitality skills!
We have the opportunity to fill this vacancy with a new Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual team member. As we are a hospitality venue, you will be required to work a Rotating Roster with shifts between 06:30am and 7:00pm, 7 days a week.
