At Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá , we are looking to hire a Reception Sash to support the team during peak times, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests from arrival to departure.

 

Mission:

  • Welcome guests and accompany them upon their arrival at the hotel.
  • Assist in baggage handling and coordination with the reception team.
  • Provide information about the hotel’s facilities and available services.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and kindness.
  • Support the Reception team in operational tasks and guest service.
  • To ensure compliance with Gran Meliá’s quality and excellence standards.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or tourism (valued).
  • Intermediate-advanced level of English. Other languages ​​will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic attitude and ability to work in a team.
  • Good appearance and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
