The Villa Marquis hotel  , a member of the Melia Collection,  a recently renovated 5* boutique hotel located in the heart of Paris, is looking for its future talent as an Extra Reception Host (M/F ).

Main Missions:

• Welcoming guests in a warm and personalized manner according to Melia standards
• To be attentive to the expectations and needs of customers in order to offer them a suitable service
• To convey the hotel’s image through a professional, smiling, and welcoming attitude.
• Greet guests at breakfast, check room numbers and follow up on inclusions/billing
• Manage customer flow and communicate necessary information to the teams
• Process breakfast invoices and handle cash register operations
• Prepare the reception area for the next service and ensure the space is well organized.
• Manage lunch reservations and participate in customer seating
• Providing support to the front-of-house teams as needed by the department (serving coffee, assisting with operations) 

Desired profile:

• Ideally you have experience in a similar role (including internships and apprenticeships)
• With a professional appearance, you are dynamic and have a strong sense of hospitality and service.
• You are organized, meticulous, and passionate about your job.
• You have professional English skills; proficiency in a third language would be an asset.
