Job Purpose

To support the Talent & Culture team in day-to-day People & Culture activities while gaining practical knowledge and experience in recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement, benefits administration, and general departmental administration under the guidance of senior team members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the Talent & Culture team in day-to-day activities.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and departmental trackers.
• Support the team in preparing basic reports and maintaining required documentation.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination as instructed.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate documentation, and follow-ups.
• Assist with new joiner documentation, onboarding activities, and employee file management.
• Provide support in payroll-related documentation and data collection under supervision.
• Assist in maintaining records related to employee benefits and other Talent & Culture processes.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
