Based at Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, within our two Michelin-starred restaurant, Colonnade, the Fine Dining Service Trainee plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. The role involves anticipating guests’ needs, delivering personalized and attentive service, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the menu and seasonal offerings while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
