• Good knowledge of restaurant operations including service standards table management and hygiene practices.
• Ability to handle and resolve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in shifts
• including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible reliable and able to work well under pressure.
  Good command of English.
