Room Attendant

As a Room Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests by making sure every room is clean, fresh, and ready for their arrival. You’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in delivering great experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to a high standard.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, and room supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any health and safety concerns.
• Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room targets.
• Follow hotel procedures and maintain high cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team.
• Actively support and participate in safe work practices following health and safety,
  rehabilitation, environment and smoke-free policies and procedures in the workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused approach.
• Physically fit and able to carry out the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
