Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen within the Food & Beverage Division in Shenzhen, The Bay by Chef Fei Captain – Service is responsible for providing service that goes beyond the guests’ expectations by anticipating their needs and performing service-based standards set forth by management, handling special requests and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The Bay by Chef Fei Captain – Service reports to The Bay by Chef Fei Supervisor – Service.
