We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to join our pre-opening team. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role is responsible for leading the hotel’s health, safety, and sustainability initiatives to ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operation. The successful candidate will champion a culture of wellbeing, risk management, and environmental stewardship while supporting Faena’s commitment to regenerative tourism and creating meaningful experiences that positively impact both people and the planet.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain health, safety, security, and loss prevention policies, procedures, and programs across the property.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness, accountability, and proactive risk management throughout the hotel.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures, fire safety programs, evacuation drills, and crisis management plans.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, security breaches, and loss prevention matters, ensuring appropriate reporting and corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with local regulations, company standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Deliver training and awareness programs related to workplace safety, fire prevention, emergency response, and security procedures.
• Work closely with Engineering, People & Culture, and operational departments to ensure safe working practices are maintained.
