We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, drive culinary excellence, and continue delivering fresh, vibrant dining experiences our guests know and love.
This is an opportunity to lead a diverse kitchen team within a fast-paced hotel where no two days are the same. You will have the scope to shape our food offering, develop your team and drive quality, consistency and commercial performance, while maintaining high standards of food safety.
You will be supported by an experienced hotel leadership team and the global Accor network, with the autonomy to bring your own leadership style, creativity and ideas to the role.
