• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival at the restaurant or dining venue
• Seat guests promptly and present menus while providing information about current specials and dining options
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and dining experiences based on guest preferences
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns or special requests promptly
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings while maintaining the ambiance of the dining space
• Process guest payments accurately and professionally, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Comply with all health, safety, and food service regulations and hotel service standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
