The Opportunity
Bonjour! We’re looking for our next extraordinary team member to join our Front Office team as Rooms Controller.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the hotel’s room inventory and allocations, ensuring rooms are strategically assigned according to guest preferences, VIP requirements, group movements and operational priorities.
You’ll work closely with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering and Sales to ensure rooms are available, accurately allocated and ready for our guests. With a strong focus on attention to detail and guest experience, you’ll help ensure every arrival starts seamlessly.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Front Office Ambassador looking to develop their operational knowledge and take the next step in their hospitality career.
