The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling room reservations and guest enquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and personalized service. Supports room revenue and occupancy by providing accurate information, maximizing upselling opportunities, and coordinating closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams while maintaining Anantara’s luxury hospitality standards.
