About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Accounting Agent – Accounts Receivable

is responsible for our accounting. The Accounting Agent – Accounts Receivable reports to the Director of Finance.

As Accounting Agent – Accounts Receivable, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Managing and maintaining accounts receivable operations

• Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customer accounts

• Monitoring deposits, commissions, and incoming payments

• Preparing financial reports and supporting internal and external audits

• Ensuring compliance with internal credit and financial policies

• Working with operational departments to clarify discrepancies and provide financial insights

As Accounting Agent – Accounts Receivable, we expect from you:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
• Initial experience in accounting (hotel industry advantageous)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Flexible and varied commitment to daily business
• Basic knowledge of legal and accounting regulations
• Discretion and loyalty
