Am Front Office verbindest du diese Aufmerksamkeit mit sauber geführten Buchungen, Rechnungen und Übergaben. Du begleitest Check-in und Check-out unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste und betreust sie während ihres Aufenthalts.
Du hörst bei Wünschen genau hin, berätst persönlich und sorgst dafür, dass Anliegen zuverlässig weiterbearbeitet werden.
Du bearbeitest Reservierungen und Walk-ins und hältst Buchungen und Gästeinformationen sorgfältig aktuell.
Du unterstützt bei Bedarf unseren Welcome Agent beim Valet Parking.
Du erstellst Rechnungen, führst die Kasse und wickelst Zahlungen korrekt ab.
Du informierst unsere Gäste über IHG One Rewards und passende Zusatzleistungen und verbindest dabei Serviceorientierung mit einem guten Gespür für den jeweiligen Gast.
Du stimmst dich eng mit Housekeeping, Technik, Food & Beverage und den weiteren operativen Abteilungen ab, damit Zusagen am Empfang auch im restlichen Haus zuverlässig ankommen.
